Miami Heat Roster Report 2009-11-29

Miami Heat Roster Report 2009-11-29ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Mario Chalmers, Shooting guard Dwyane Wade, Small forward James Jones, Power forward Michael Beasley, Center Jermaine O'Neal. Bench -- Forward Udonis Haslem, Center Joel Anthony, Guard Daequan Cook, Guard Carlos Arroyo.

--G Dwyane Wade did not get to the foul line until 3:25 remained in the third quarter against the Wizards. It was the second time in two weeks Wade played a first half without a free throw. It wasn't until 32 seconds remained in the third quarter in Atlanta that Wade first got to the line there.

--C Jermaine O'Neal and F Michael Beasley combined to score the Heat's first 18 points against the Wizards, with O'Neal scoring 10 on 5-of-7 shooting. O'Neal was particularly active for a second consecutive game, after his strong Wednesday showing against Orlando's Dwight Howard.

--G Mario Chalmers, meet Earl Boykins. Friday's game against the Wizards was an eye-opening, if not eye-level, experience for Chalmers, who was stripped clean and then beaten for a layup by the 5-foot-5 veteran in the second quarter. Chalmers, nonetheless, had a solid game against Washington, with 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting.

--F Quentin Richardson (back) has missed the past four games due to back spasms sustained during last Wednesday's game in Atlanta. He is expected back for Sunday's game against visiting Boston.

--C Jermaine O'Neal (back) has been limited during practices by a sore back, but continues to play.

--G Chris Quinn (bruised foot) is out of his walking boot and available for his first action of the season. He has yet to make it off the inactive list.
