Miami Heat Roster Report 2009-11-09

Miami Heat Roster Report 2009-11-09ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Mario Chalmers, Shooting guard Dwyane Wade, Small forward Quentin Richardson, Power forward Michael Beasley, Center Jermaine O'Neal. Bench -- Forward Udonis Haslem, Guard Carlos Arroyo, Center Joel Anthony, Forward Dorell Wright.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Dwyane Wade put together a mundane 22-point night against the Nuggets, not converting his first basket until 1:34 remained in the second quarter and shooting 6-of-17. Wade nonetheless extended his franchise record in double-digits to a milestone 100 consecutive games, in his 400th career appearance.

--F Udonis Haslem showed his versatility against the Nuggets by defending F Carmelo Anthony while on the court alongside F Michael Beasley. That left Beasley defending F Malik Allen, a much easier challenge.

--G Quentin Richardson continues to solidify his position in the starting lineup. His rebounding is particularly impressive for a player of his size. He finished with 13 points and nine rebounds against Denver.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--G Daequan Cook (shoulder) sat out a fourth consecutive game against the Nuggets, with a return expected next Tuesday against the visiting Wizards.

--G Chris Quinn (bruised foot) is out of his walking boot and available for his first action of the season. He has yet to make it off the inactive list.

--C Jermaine O'Neal is playing through a broken nose, declining to wear a mask.
